Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, customer-oriented, and highly organized Front Desk / Customer Service Executive to be the welcoming face of our upscale Salon & Spa.
• In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer satisfaction, and overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming and professional first impression
• Answer incoming calls, respond to messages, and manage all client inquiries across phone, email, or walk-in
• Manage daily appointment scheduling using our salon software, ensuring accurate and timely bookings
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring payments are processed accurately and receipts are issued
• Educate clients on available services, promotions, and retail products
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing front desk and waiting area
• Handle customer complaints or concerns calmly and professionally, escalating issues to management as needed
• Coordinate with stylists, therapists, and other staff to ensure timely service delivery
• Keep client records updated and manage customer feedback loops
• Maintain inventory of front desk supplies and inform management of restocking needs
• Follow up with clients post-appointment to gather feedback and encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in front desk, reception, or customer service role (experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is an advantage)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and salon management software (or willing to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, polished appearance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
