Job Description
We are seeking an Enterprise Channel Lead who will be a key member of our Diver Growth team.
You will be responsible for the creation of leads at the enterprise level, bringing on board organizations or business partnerships.

You are expected to demonstrate strong sales skills, develop channel strategies, and follow through on both active and cold leads.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving setting.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Create business initiatives that attract and retain enterprise partnerships
Be a leader in the enterprise sales space - seeking partnerships with organizations (small, medium or large-scale enterprises)
Follow through on deals and see to it that leads are onboarded, ensuring deal agreements are meticulously reviewed, approved and adopted
See to it that there are zero drop-offs of leads in the pipeline due to any process lag
Create sales strategies for this channel and adapt them to the overall Driver Growth road map
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement, essential for optimizing channel sales performance
Track and ensure the conversion of leads generated
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with current and prospective partners
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeline
Coordinate sales efforts with team members
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Create and analyze reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Ability to drive sales
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
High levels of energy and drive, willingness to work hard
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
Outstanding research and analytical abilities
Global leader and thinker with the ability to make quick strategic decisions
