Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety and security of our clients facilities and assets.
• In this vital role, you will lead a team of security personnel, optimizing their performance and fostering a culture of safety and vigilance.
• You will be responsible for establishing effective security protocols and procedures that align with industry standards and company policies.
• As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies that proactively address potential threats and emergencies.
• You will play a critical role in training, mentoring, and evaluating your team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties competently.
• Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections, audits, and investigations to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• By maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders, including law enforcement and emergency services, you will ensure a collaborative approach to safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and manage security personnel activities.
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions for security staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Monitor security systems and respond promptly to alarms and incidents.
• Perform regular inspections of the facility and security equipment to assess vulnerabilities.
• Investigate security breaches and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents and drills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a security role, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with staff and stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in carrying out security duties.
• Ability to recruit security guards and source for clients.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / month
