Zuma Health Trust Limited is one of the leading national Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) in Nigeria. In line with Section 14 (1), Chapter 2 of the new National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Act that mandates every resident of Nigeria to obtain a health insurance, including employers and employees in public or private sector with five staff and above, our HMO is desirous of ensuring that all Nigerians and other residents alike, in all strata of the society, get enrolled in health insurance.

Details

• We are in need of an experienced and result-oriented Marketer to join our team as part of an expansion drive to grow the organization’s corporate client base. Our HMO is desirous of ensuring that all Nigerians and other residents alike, in all strata of society, get enrolled in health insurance.
• In view of this, we are seeking the services of an enthusiastic go-getter for the post of Head of Marketing in Abuja.
• The successful individuals will, amongst others, be responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns, content creation and management, digital marketing, coordination of marketing events, partnership and collaboration, customer relationship management, as well as budget management in their respective states

Key Responsibilities

• To market both the Public and Corporate Organization.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create and manage marketing content and materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights.
• Support senior marketing team members in project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in healthcare marketing.
• Membership of relevant professional body (ies) will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of industry best practices.
• Understanding of the modern marketing system (Social Media marketing)
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
• Experience with digital marketing, data analysis, and performance metrics.
• Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
