Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing & Client Services framework aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Drive the company’s revenue goals by managing existing client relationships and acquiring new clients.
Lead the company’s strategic brand management and marketing initiatives to strengthen and enhance its market positioning and corporate image.
Responsibilities
Identify and build new relationships to create strategic alliances aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring deeper market share within the industry.
Promote and deliver tailored HR and functional services to both existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and seamless delivery of services as agreed with clients.
Develop and sustain high client satisfaction levels by fostering strong working relationships.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, adopting effective business strategies and pricing models to capture target markets.
Leverage cross-jurisdictional networks to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Formulate and implement an integrated strategy to strengthen market penetration in existing markets and expand into new ones.
Lead the development and execution of the company’s brand management and corporate communications initiatives.
Strengthen and expand business relationships to drive growth and increase awareness of the company.
Oversee the company’s public relations activities, including advertising, marketing materials, and publications.
Build strategic networks with statutory bodies and key industry stakeholders.
Direct all company event planning activities.
Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all entrusted information.
Ensure compliance with the principles and policies outlined in the company’s information handbook.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree/MBA is an advantage).
Professional certifications in marketing, client relations, or business development will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5–7 years’ proven experience in Marketing, Client Relationship Management, or Business Development, preferably within HR outsourcing, professional services, or related industries.
Demonstrated track record in managing existing client portfolios and acquiring new clients to meet revenue targets.
Strong background in brand management, corporate communications, and public relations.
Experience in organizing marketing campaigns, business events, and strategic partnerships.
Solid understanding of HR outsourcing and business advisory services.
Knowledge of customer relationship management tools and portfolio management.
Familiarity with financial analysis and advisory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IT tools for marketing/communication.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and people management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork across departments.
Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
