Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our overall social media strategy.
This role is pivotal in increasing brand awareness, enhancing our online reputation, generating qualified leads, and supporting our agents’ success.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, a data-driven strategist, and a real estate enthusiast who understands how to build community and drive engagement in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, talent acquisition).
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and present monthly reports on campaign performance, audience growth, and ROI.
Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes, especially within the real estate and local business landscape.
Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content across all platforms.
Content Creation & Community Management:
Create, curate, and publish engaging, high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, carousels, blog posts) that showcases our properties, team, expertise, and community involvement.
Produce visually stunning content, including shooting and editing short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and photography for property highlights, agent profiles, and neighborhood guides.
Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly, and initiating conversations.
Manage online reviews and our reputation on platforms like Google My Business and Facebook.
Advertising & Lead Generation:
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to promote listings, open houses, and brand initiatives.
Monitor ad spend, optimize campaigns for maximum lead generation and cost-effectiveness, and report on results.
Implement strategies to capture leads directly through social media channels and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment:
Work closely with our real estate agents, marketing team, and leadership to source content, promote listings, and align social media efforts with company-wide campaigns.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
Support HR in promoting the company culture and assisting with recruitment marketing to attract top talent.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven work experience of 3+ years as a Social Media Manager, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury retail is asignificant plus.
Expert knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) and their best practices.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Rush, Photoshop, or Canva, CapCut, InShot).
Demonstrable experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Experience planning and managing a social media budget with proven ROI.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
