Job Description

• A Boutique Sales Representative engages customers, builds rapport to understand their needs, and provides personalized recommendations to drive sales.
• Key duties include operating the cash register, maintaining a stylish and welcoming store environment, arranging merchandise displays, restocking inventory, and achieving sales targets.
• A strong candidate possesses excellent customer service, communication, sales, and fashion sense, along with adaptability and a goal-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide expert fashion advice and product knowledge to assist them.
• Sales & Transactions: Process sales accurately, handle payments, and manage transaction documents like receipts.
• Merchandising & Visuals: Assist with setting up and maintaining attractive product displays, arranging merchandise, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean.
• Inventory Management: Help with receiving, sorting, and restocking inventory to ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Store Operations: Perform daily tasks such as opening and closing the store, operating the cash register, and assisting with general janitorial duties.
• Promotions: Support in-store promotions and potentially contribute to the boutique's social media presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3-4 years work experience.
• Sales Prowess: A customer-focused mindset, persuasive skills, and the ability to close sales and meet targets.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
• Fashion & Style: A fashion-forward demeanor and a strong understanding of trends and the boutique's brand identity.
• Adaptability: Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt to customer feedback and changing market demands.
• Organization & Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for tasks like inventory and transactions.

What to Expect

• Salary: N100,000 - N110,000 monthly.
