Job Description
The Product Marketer will be responsible for positioning and promoting the firm’s real estate offerings, ensuring they meet market needs and stand out from competitors.
The role involves developing go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, supporting sales teams with effective tools, and driving customer adoption through clear value communication and feedback insights.
Core Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Value Proposition:
Define and communicate the unique value of real estate offerings or platforms.
Craft messaging that highlights location, lifestyle, investment, and ROI benefits.
Differentiate properties or services from competitors in the market.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
Plan and execute property launch campaigns and product rollouts.
Collaborate with sales, property managers, and agents on GTM plans.
Ensure consistent product messaging across brochures, listings, and presentations.
Market & Customer Insights:
Conduct research on buyer behaviour, market trends, and competitor projects.
Analyse demand drivers such as location preferences and affordability.
Share insights with management to guide pricing, packaging, and product design.
Sales & Internal Enablement:
Develop sales kits, pitch decks, and property fact sheets for agents.
Train sales teams on property features, value propositions, and key selling points.
Provide tools and messaging to support both direct sales and partnerships.
Customer Adoption & Feedback:
Engage customers through property tours, demos, and informational sessions.
Gather customer feedback on properties, platforms, or services.
Work with product and development teams to refine offerings based on insights.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
2 years proven experience in product or property marketing.
Strong understanding of real estate markets and customer behavior.
Familiarity with go-to-market strategy and property launch campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with sales, property, and cross-functional teams.
Skills / Competencies:
Strong knowledge of real estate products and market trends.
Skilled in positioning properties and services for target buyers.
Ability to conduct and interpret real estate market research.
Proficiency in developing go-to-market strategies for property launches.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles.
Strong collaboration with sales, property managers, and agents.
