Job Title: B2B Saas Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and high-performing B2B SaaS Sales Executive to join our company's dynamic sales team.
  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products or services to both new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor market competition and provide market feedback to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures and presentations.
  • Stay current with industry knowledge and trends to provide informed product advice.
  • Bring in new clients for our organization while retaining the existing ones. You will act as the key point of contact for our clients.
  • Work with other departments to maintain and boost customer experience.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products, at home and abroad.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Ads/promotions, Communication, Business Management, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a B2B SaaS Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus for international sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing is an added advantage.
