Job Title: Brand & Marketing Expert

The Role
We are looking for a solid, hands-on Brand & Marketing Expert who understands branding, marketing, communication, and product positioning — and can bring clarity, structure, and results to our marketing efforts.
This is not a junior role, not a social-media-only role, and not a consultant role.
It is a full-time role for someone who can think strategically and execute practically.
You will work closely with the Founder and coordinate with our existing social media manager, content creators, and graphic designers.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communication:
Own and protect Brint’s brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all platforms
Ensure consistency in how Brint shows up visually, verbally, and strategically
Translate the Founder’s vision into clear brand narratives and campaigns
Strengthen how we communicate with parents, partners, and the public.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
Drive intentional, results-focused marketing across digital channels
Guide content creation to ensure it supports brand and marketing objectives
Track performance and refine campaigns based on outcomes.
Product Marketing (Very Important):
Support the launch and adoption of Brint’s learning app
Clearly communicate product value, features, and benefits to parents
Develop launch messaging, onboarding communication, and product campaigns
Align product updates with marketing and communication efforts.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with social media managers, content creators, and designers
Provide clear briefs and direction (you do not need to do everything yourself)
Ensure marketing output is structured, intentional, and aligned.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
Mid-level but solid — not learning branding or marketing for the first time
Strong in brand, marketing, and communication
Comfortable with product marketing or digital/tech-enabled services
Able to think strategically and still execute hands-on
Organized, proactive, and self-directed
Calm, clear-headed, and able to work with a fast-moving founder
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degre
4 - 7 years experience in brand, marketing, communications, or product marketing roles
Experience with digital products, apps, or tech-enabled services is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and customer communication
Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns
Ability to work with creative teams (designers, content creators, SMMs)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Not a social media posting role
Not a junior marketing assistant role
Not a consultant or agency role
Not a role for someone who needs constant supervision.
