About the Role
We seek a dynamic, strategic, and visionary Group Chief Marketing Officer (GCMO) to lead the marketing and brand transformation efforts across the Group and its subsidiaries
The ideal candidate will oversee and align all marketing-related activities, including Digital Marketing, Brand & Corporate Communications, Social Media Strategy, Product Marketing, and Video/Motion Content Development, ensuring a unified brand identity and optimized marketing performance across all business units.
This role is pivotal in setting a Group-wide marketing strategy, driving synergy among subsidiaries, and creating scalable systems that position the Group and its sister companies as market leaders in their respective sectors.
The ideal candidate brings deep marketing expertise, strong crypto-native insight, and a track record of driving growth in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
Responsibilities
Design and lead the overall marketing strategy for the Group, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
Establish a group-wide marketing governance structure, shared resources, and brand consistency protocols.
Serve as the key marketing advisor to subsidiary CMOs/Marketing Heads, providing strategic support and coordination.
Act as the custodian of the Group brand — ensuring consistency, equity, and evolution across markets and touchpoints.
Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on marketing KPIs, campaign impact, and brand health.
Advise the GMD and Board on market insights, brand positioning opportunities, and marketing investments.
Create and manage growth initiative budgets at the group level.
Maintain positive relationships with strategic partners.
Own the whole marketing funnel—from awareness to acquisition to conversion—ensuring a seamless path to revenue.
Lead performance marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, paid media, affiliate, influencer campaigns) with a focus on return on investment (ROI) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Standardize digital infrastructure (e.g., platforms, tools, CRM) to enable scalability, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Drive high-quality lead generation efforts and manage nurturing strategies to convert prospects into paying customers.
Provide group-wide leadership over social media presence, tone of voice, and audience growth.
Manage and support a network of social media managers to ensure synergy and best practice sharing.
Implement a central dashboard/reporting model to track group-level social media KPIs and campaigns.

Foster a high-performance, data-driven, and collaborative marketing culture.
Provide coaching, performance management, and strategic alignment to direct and indirect reports across companies.
Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing between in-house teams, agency partners, and leadership.
Develop and manage the Group’s master brand and sub-brands architecture, ensuring coherence across all entities.
Define brand positioning, narrative, and guidelines applicable across all customer touchpoints and subsidiaries.
Lead brand audits, visual identity refreshes, and global brand rollouts as needed.
Serve as the brand guardian for tone, visual consistency, storytelling, and market perception.
Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, focusing on marketing financial reports, revenue contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team monthly and quarterly.
Lead the development of engaging video and motion content for campaigns, internal storytelling, product showcases, and thought leadership.
Build or manage a centralized creative hub for producing high-quality multimedia assets across the Group and subsidiaries.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
A master’s degree in marketing, MBA, or other advanced degrees is an advantage.
10+ years in marketing leadership, withat least 3 years in a regional or group CMO role.
Deep expertise indigital, performance, and B2C/B2B marketing.
Experienced infast-paced, regulated, and crypto-native environments.
A strategic thinker, brand storyteller, and performance-driven leader.
