Mercatura Online Technology is an ICT company based in Nigeria. Mercatura services ranges from Mercatura School of Technology, Mercatech Hub, Mercatura Online Shop and Mercatura ICT which are designed to handle different ICT need based solutions to better the lives of Nigerians. Our mission is to leverage on technology to solve need based problems faced daily by the society.

Through the Mercatura School of Technology we have trained over 8,000 Nigerian youths for over 3years using our non-tuition fee online self-paced learning method with thousands of them certified and now fully employed afterwards in different organisations. We are already training NYSC corp members in various tech courses across Nigeria to prepare them to be employable in the digital economic space. Our Tech Sisters free tech training for African women have trained hundreds of women in Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda and other parts of Africa for over 2 years which are all verifiable.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Study Centre Digital Branch Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking smart, responsible and diligent digital branch managers who will work hybrid, establish and manage our study centres.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the performance of the Branch in line with the targets set by the organisation.
  • Generate leads, recruit and manage staff members.
  • Drive student enrolments and supervise course coordination.
  • Initiate and coordinate the development of the Branch’s strategies and marketing plans.
  • Prepare and implement plans for growing client and student base.
  • Identify new tech instructors in areas that needs reinforcement.
  • Network with all potential clients in own locality to increase the customer base.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective students.
  • Develop and manage a high level of customer relationship management standard at the branch.
  • Work with CRM staff members assigned to you and develop a workable structure for the branch.
  • Ensure to have effective CRM tools to improve communication with customers and students.
  • Ensure efficient service and maintenance of relationships with customers and students.
  • Create and sustain a team culture that encourages others to provide the quality of service essential to high performance.
  • Ensure the branch operating cost is within approved budget.

Requirements

  • First degree in any discipline.
  • Tech certification is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of school operations/services/products
  • Knowledge of e-learning and tech academic policies and procedures.
  • Undergo student registration drive in the recruitment process to demonstrate your knowledge of tech education.
  • Undergo customer relationship manager training and test during the recruitment process.
