Job Summary

• Soft Intelligent Machines is seeking a creative and results-driven Brand & Marketing Officer to develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all channels while executing effective marketing campaigns. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and other platforms.
• Create, review, and coordinate marketing content including graphics, copy, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with sales to support lead generation and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of social media management tools is an advantage.
• Skilled in using Canva and Adobe tools for marketing and brand visuals.
