Job Title: Project Manager

Mission / Purpose of the Job
The Project Manager role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
The Project Manager ensures efficient utilization of resources, effective stakeholder coordination, and compliance with technical, safety, and quality requirements.
The role also provides leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to project teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Project Planning:
Prepare Budget and time schedules for Projects
Ensure the profitable & timely execution of projects on hand by planning & effective utilization of available resources
Coordinates Project Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, and “As fitted” drawings as required
To ensure the assessment of the approved vendor.
Financial Management:
Monitors and controls allocation of Company Resources for effective, efficient and timely service delivery.
Adheres strictly to strict Cost Monitoring Procedure
Ensures provision of necessary resources for Project Delivery
Evaluates new vendors for their Technical Capabilities.
Project /Site Coordination:
Provides Technical Evaluation of Sub-contractors and commercial inputs
Coordinates and conducts site meetings
Documents and implements a detailed Quality Control procedure for all incoming materials.
Delegates authority and ensures subordinates are adequately engaged.
Ensures cordial relationships with Clients.
Project Reporting:
Creates effective communication and feedback systems for interfaces
Submits bi-monthly report to client and monthly overall project report to the CEO.
Project Monitoring:
Monitors progress of Projects and resolves all Project matters timely
Measures Performance of Subordinates.
Project Implementation:
Manages unforeseen crisis to ensure successful Project execution.
Training:
Impacts necessary training and skills to subordinates.
Project Design:
Co-ordinates Developments of Bill of Quantities for Projects from shop drawings and from consultant drawings for the Purpose of Tendering
Supervise the draughting of drawings for all Projects
Tendering & Business Development:
Active participation in Bid Tendering and Sourcing for New Projects
Develop a template for commercial/ Financial bids for materials for bidding.
Job Specifications: Minimum & Preferred Requirements
Education / Business Degree:
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline (minimum Upper Credit / Second Class Upper).
Project Management Professional (PMP)
COREN registration
Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) membership.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5–8 years’ B2B sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in cybersecurity or technology services sales.
Proven track record of closing complex, consultative deals in cybersecurity, MSSP, or enterprise technology.
Experience managing mid-market and enterprise customer.
Work Experience
10 years post-qualification experience
