Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT issues
• Maintain systems, networks, and hardware
• Escalate complex issues and ensure minimal downtime.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support or systems administration
• Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
