Job Objective
The Chief Operating Officer will provide overall leadership for Medlyfe, overseeing strategy, people, financial performance, and operations in alignment with the organization’s direction.
The role is accountable for achieving business growth, operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability while fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, accountability, and excellence
Align Medlyfe’s objectives with overall organizational strategy.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage vendors, partners, ad-hoc staff, and employees ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Revenue Growth & Business Development:
Drive revenue growth across all revenue streams
Identify, develop, and maximize new and existing revenue opportunities
Develop and execute high-impact sales and marketing strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and regulators
Ensure strategic alignment with organizational leadership
Represent Medlyfe at key industry engagements.
People Management:
Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the medical and wellness industry
Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, and succession planning
Foster high employee engagement and performance culture.
Marketing & Public Relations:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the business
Lead digital and social media marketing initiatives
Create innovative PR campaigns to enhance visibility and brand awareness.
Financial Management:
Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability
Ensure the business operates within budget
Analyze revenue streams and identify opportunities for margin optimization.
Expansion & Growth:
Identify expansion opportunities (services, partnerships, new markets)
Develop and execute sustainable growth strategies
Launch new revenue streams and service lines.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
MBBS or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management or related field
Master’s degree in Business Management or MBA
Professional certifications or training in Wellness, Regenerative Medicine, Aesthetics, and/or Longevity domains
15 years of relevant experience
Experience in an executive management role responsible for P&L within the healthcare industry.
