Job Title: Cold Room Technician

Location: Ijesha, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial cold room and refrigeration systems
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and ensure optimal temperature/humidity control
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related faults promptly
• Carry out refrigerant charging, component replacement, and system testing
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with safety & quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cold Room / Refrigeration Technician (industrial or manufacturing setting preferred)
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressors, evaporators, and controls
• Relevant technical certification (e.g., refrigeration/HVAC qualification) is an advantage
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to work in cold environments.
