Job Title: Farm Supervisor

Location: Audu Jangwom, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Mobilize farm workers and directly surprise them;
• Coordinate farm operations/activities;
• Keep records farm operations/activities such as labor, field activities, and input usage;
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly farm reports for review.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND qualification in Crop Science, Agronomy, or related fields
• 2 - 3 years experience farm management or crop production;
• Supervisory experience or leadership skills;
• Should be able to communicate in Hausa language.
