Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

• As the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and operational management of the organization.
• You will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Your primary focus will be on driving operational excellence,optimizingprocesses, and enhancing overall performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute the company's strategic vision andobjectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals andobjectives.
• Identifyopportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration and communication across departments to ensure goal alignment.
• Partner with the finance team to develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts tooptimizeprofitability.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Identifyand mitigate operational risks to protect the company’s assets, reputation, and interests.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders,representingthe company externally to enhance its reputation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
• Drive business development initiatives and oversee client base growth to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure consistent team alignment with the organization’s vision andobjectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Operational Efficiency: Improvement in processes, cost reductions, and percentage increases in efficiency.
• Financial Performance: Revenue growth, improved profit margins, and overall profitability.
• Strategic Goal Achievement: Contribution to achieving strategic goals and milestones.
• Innovation and Change Management: Driving innovation and managing organizational change effectively.
• Overall Organizational Performance: Contributions to growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience:
To excel in this role, you shouldpossessthe following qualifications and experiences:

• 5-7 years of experience in general operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proventrack recordofgoal-setting, tracking, and achieving measurable results.
• Experience in the luxury and hospitality industry (e.g., 4-star hotels, restaurants, or similar facilities).
• Strong understanding of medical aesthetics is a significant advantage.
• Expertise infinancial planning, budgeting, and operational forecasting.
• Experience in human resource management, including team development and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and manage change effectively within an organization.
• Strong business development skills, with a focus on client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Experience in implementing and managing scalable operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Hours of Work:

• This is not a standard 9-to-5 role. The COO is expected todemonstrateabsolute ownership and meet business needs around the clock.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Salary: N500,000 - N700,000 per month.
• Monthly Salary,13th Month Pay/Annual Profit Sharing.
