Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Alaba and Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager

Job Summary

• The Sales Representative will drive sales and awareness of phone screen services (screen replacement, protection, and warranty) within Alaba and Lagos Island markets.
• The role focuses on customer engagement, service promotion, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell phone screen services (screen replacement, protection, and warranty plans)
• Educate customers on the importance of screen protection and warranty coverage
• Engage walk-in customers and generate new sales leads
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Work closely with technicians and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor customer needs and market trends within assigned locations
• Ensure proper display and awareness of screen services
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Support the upselling of related services where applicable

Requirements

• OND or SSCE qualification
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Experience in phone accessories, repairs, or warranty services is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of mobile phone screens and repairs is a plus
• Customer-focused and result-driven
