Job Title: Training Coordinator

Job Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience
• Training coordinator & administration
• Data management & reporting
• Communication & stakeholder coordination
• Organizational & time management skill
• Basic understanding of learning management systems (LMS)
• Ability to use digital tools for tracking, reporting, and communication
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
• Competence in generating training reports, dashboards, and compliance summaries
• Accurate tracking of certifications, expiry date, and refresher training needs
• Awareness of regulatory and client training requirements
• Ability to ensure training activities meet legal, contractual, and organizational standards.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 Monthly.
