Zkitchen Restaurants is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Supply Chain Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and supplier relationships
• Monitor inventory and prevent shortages/overstocking
• Negotiate pricing for cost efficiency
• Coordinate logistics and timely deliveries
• Ensure food safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years experience in Supply chain management, bid, or procurement roles
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, tendering, and contract management
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Knowledge of inventory and demand planning systems
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is an advantage
• Professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Salary
N700,000 – N800,000 gross monthly.
