About the Role

• We are looking for a smart, proactive, and energetic Product Growth Intern to join our product team.
• This opportunity is ideal for an NYSC corps member who is passionate about technology, product growth, marketing, and user engagement.
• In this role, you will support initiatives that drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement.
• You will help communicate the value of our product to users, support product marketing efforts, gather market and user feedback, and contribute insights that help improve the overall product experience.
• You will work closely with the Product, Growth, Marketing, and Operations teams, helping to bridge market engagement with product learning and growth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a product ambassador, clearly communicating the value of our product to customers and prospects.
• Engage users and prospects through field visits, calls, messages, demos, and other relevant channels to drive awareness and adoption.
• Support product growth and marketing initiatives aimed at increasing product visibility, usage, and engagement.
• Help users understand product features, use cases, and benefits.
• Gather customer feedback, market insights, and common pain points, and share them with the product team.
• Monitor and report on customer interactions, product engagement, and feedback trends.
• Support outreach initiatives such as partnership activations, product demos, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Work with internal teams to ensure insights from the market inform product improvements and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with users and prospects.
• Interest in product growth, marketing, technology, or user experience.
• Ability to explain ideas clearly and simply to different audiences.
• Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar productivity tools.
• Currently serving or preparing to begin NYSC.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in campus leadership, marketing, sales, community engagement, or other customer-facing activities is an advantage.
• Strong interest in product growth, product marketing, or product operations.
• Ability to gather useful user insights and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
