Job Title: Social Media Manager

Description

• TA Community is looking for a talented and creative social media manager to join us on a 2-month contract. You'll be responsible for managing our online platforms, growing our audience and creating content that genuinely connects with people.
• This is a remote role, you work from wherever you are in Abuja. When we have physical engagements or activations, we'll need you on ground with us. Beyond that, your time is yours to manage.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute a content calendar that keeps our audience engaged consistently
• Write sharp, on-brand captions and copy across all platforms
• Brief designers on visual content and ensure everything stays on brand
• Engage with our community,respond to DMs, comments and mentions in real time
• Drive awareness and online buzz around our campaigns and activations
• Track performance metrics,follower growth, reach, engagement and report weekly
• Identify trends, opportunities and relevant conversations to tap into
• Be present and active on ground at physical engagements when required.

Who We're Looking For

• Abuja-Based - Must be based in FCT and available for in-person engagements
• Socially Fluent - Lives on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, knows what works and what doesn't
• Great with Words - Writes captions that stop people mid-scroll, punchy, warm and human
• Self-Managed - Can run a content calendar independently without needing constant direction
• Creative Eye - Knows good content when she sees it and can brief a designer clearly
• Community-Minded - Understands how to build genuine online communities, not just follower counts
• Data Aware - Comfortable reading analytics and adjusting strategy based on what the numbers say
• Reliable & Responsive - Shows up consistently, meets deadlines and communicates proactively.

Salary
N50,000 / Month.
