 Job Summary

• The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to platform users, vendors, and clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities 

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat
• Assist customers with orders, payments, account issues, Refunds and service inquiries
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary
• Maintain records of customer interactions, Feedback and service requests
• Support vendors and users on the marketplace platform. Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Support merchants and users on the digital platform. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Good communication and organizational skills
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
