We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Lagos

Description

  • With growth comes the need to reach more customers, expand market presence, and deepen impact.
  • This requires a sales professional who is both driven and strategic—someone who can convert opportunities into lasting relationships while ensuring consistent performance in the field.
  • As a Sales Officer, your role is to drive revenue while building strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners.
  • You will execute sales strategies, ensure product accessibility, and represent the organization within assigned communities and territories.
  • This role is central to growth, market expansion, and the ability to deliver value at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of products and services across assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer reach
  • Educate customers on product benefits and usage to maximize value
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports and insights
  • Gather market feedback to inform product and business improvements
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in field or territory sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into customers
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively.
