You may start with little or no IT knowledge but, after completing 30 hands-on projects, you are as good as other engineers with 3 years in the industry.

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and exceptional teaching skills.
• You will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive curriculum to our learners, conducting weekly training sessions, and providing ongoing support through our Slack community.

Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development:

• Design and develop a comprehensive full-stack development curriculum
• Create a series of mini-projects to reinforce learning objectives
• Ensure curriculum aligns with industry standards and best practices.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct two 2-hour training sessions on weekends and weekday evenings
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to various learning styles
• Adapt teaching methods based on learner feedback and progress.

Learner Support:

• Provide chat-based support to learners via Slack
• Answer questions, clarify concepts, and offer guidance on projects
• Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment.

Assessment and Feedback:

• Evaluate learner progress through projects and assignments
• Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their skills
• Identify areas where additional support or resources may be needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of modern web development technologies and frameworks, with a focus on JavaScript
• Excellent teaching and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design (preferred)
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools
• Passion for education and helping others grow in their tech careers.
