We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: FTTH Project Sales Manager

Locations: Anambra and Kano

Responsibilities

  • Drive FTTH sales within assigned city/cluster and achieve Home Connect acquisition targets
  • Develop and execute territory-based sales plans (door-to-door, community outreach, etc.) to improve Home Pass to Home Connect conversion
  • Lead and manage local sales teams and field agents (including freelancers/part-time promoters) to ensure effective execution
  • Establish and maintain relationships with property management and local partners to secure community access
  • Coordinate with deployment teams to ensure timely sales launch after network rollout
  • Track sales performance, analyze conversion data, and provide regular reports and market insights
  • Manage on-ground sales activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with team management experience preferred
  • Experience in telecom (FTTH/broadband), FMCG, or field sales is a plus
  • Familiar with local market and communities; local candidates preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); basic data analysis skills required
  • Familiarity with Google Earth or similar tools for territory planning is an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; own vehicle is a plus
