Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, proactive, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling landed properties, meeting monthly sales targets, and building strong client relationships.
• This role is suited for individuals who are confident in closing deals and eager to grow their sales career in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell landed properties to prospective clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (₦30 million)
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field marketing
• Conduct property presentations and site inspections
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide regular sales updates and reports
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into buyers.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND or BSc Degree in a relevant field
• 2 - 3 years proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken English
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Smart, proactive, and willing to grow professionally
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Additional Information:

• Property price: ₦2.5 million per plot
• Monthly sales target: ₦30 million.

Benefits

• Salary: N90,000 - N100,000 monthly.
• Commission: 15% on sales.
