We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Internal Brand Agent

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Virtual Assistant (Internal Brand Agent) plays a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of our organization.
  • You’ll act as the glue that keeps internal operations smooth while ensuring our brand voice, values, and culture are consistently reflected across all internal communications and processes.
  • This role goes beyond traditional admin work—you’ll be a culture champion, communication coordinator, and operational support system, helping the team stay aligned, informed, and energized.

  • Be able to teach and tutor to optimal understanding
  • Be ready to always engage

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and internal coordination for team members and leadership
  • Facilitate clear and consistent internal communication across tools like Slack, email, and project platforms
  • Act as a steward of the company’s internal brand voice, ensuring tone and messaging are aligned with our identity
  • Organize and document meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure new team members experience a strong and consistent company culture
  • Assist in creating internal content such as newsletters, updates, team announcements, and documentation
  • Help maintain organized workflows, files, and knowledge bases
  • Coordinate internal events, team check-ins, and engagement initiatives
  • Proactively identify gaps in communication or operations and suggest improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Trello, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment
  • Basic understanding of branding, tone of voice, and internal communications
  • Content creation skills (writing, editing, or light design)
  • Experience with project management tools and workflows
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to foster positive team dynamics
  • A proactive mindset with a “get things done” attitude.
