Role Overview

• Our client a leading outdoor and Advertising firm is seeking a proactive Client Service Executive to manage client relationships, drive seamless campaign execution, and uncover growth opportunities.
• You’ll serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring excellent service and results.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
• Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
• Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams on proposals and plans.
• Manage radio programs by creating contents for brand aareness
• Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Training and providing overall guidance to client service employees.
• Organizing training seminars to enable clients to fully utilize product features and benefits.
• Prepare reports, performance analyses, and campaign insights for internal and client use.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Business administration or an industry-related field.
• 3- 5 years relevant experience in a media industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Good knowledge of digital Marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to solving client challenges.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
