Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Location: Oniru / Marina, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, warm, and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to manage bookings, attend to clients, support front desk operations, and ensure exceptional customer service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and appointments.
• Welcome and attend to clients professionally.
• Promote and recommend ORÍKÌ products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Support retail product sales and upselling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper front desk coordination.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. Degree in a related discipline.
• 2–3 years experience in customer service or customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary
N250,000 / month.
