Job Title: Telesales Agent

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telesales Agents to drive customer acquisition and sales growth across the Nigerian market.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling the company’s logistics, delivery, warehousing, and fulfillment package offerings to businesses through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and relationship management.
  • This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, sales confidence, and experience selling service-based or package-based solutions to SMEs, e-commerce businesses, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients across Nigeria
  • Promote and sell the company’s logistics and fulfillment service packages
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Convert inquiries into active business accounts
  • Explain pricing, service benefits, and onboarding processes to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Follow up on pending leads and customer inquiries promptly
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in:
    • Telesales
    • Sales
    • Business Development
    • Customer Acquisition
    • Call Center Sales
  • Proven experience selling package-based or service-based offerings
  • Experience selling to businesses within the Nigerian market is required
  • Previous experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, or service industries is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
