We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Credit and Marketing

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Credit Management:

• Lead the bank's credit operations and loan portfolio management.
• Review and assess credit applications in line with approved policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure effective credit risk management.
• Develop and implement credit strategies that support sustainable portfolio growth.
• Ensure timely loan recovery and portfolio quality maintenance.

Marketing & Business Development:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Promote the bank's products and services to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
• Drive deposit mobilization and loan portfolio expansion.
• Strengthen brand visibility through both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in banking, microfinance, credit administration, marketing, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk management, and lending operations.
• Proven ability to achieve business growth and portfolio targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Professional banking or finance certifications will be an added advantage.
