Job Title: Billboard Sales Executive

Locations: Ibadan - Oyo, Osogbo - Osun, Asaba, and Warri - Delta, Port Harcourt - Rivers, Enugu, Ilorin - Kwara, Kaduna, Kano, Kwara, and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Billboard Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by sellingadvertising space, including traditional static billboards, digital billboards, transit displays, and street furniture.
  • This role focuses on identifying prospective clients, building strategic advertising campaigns, and closing deals with local businesses, corporate brands, and ad agencies
  • The ideal candidate is a high-energy hunter who thrives on cold calling, face-to-face networking, and relationship-driven B2B sales.

Core Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect, cold call, and pitch to local, regional, and national businesses to secure new advertising contracts.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients, ensuring high renewal rates by delivering excellent customer service and campaign performance updates.
  • Analyze clients' marketing goals and budgets to build tailored visual media proposals, matching their target demographics with the best physical billboard locations.
  • Cultivate relationships with media buyers and advertising agencies to position the company’s billboard inventory for major regional campaigns.
  • Monitor available billboard spaces to maximize occupancy rates and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with the graphic design and operations/installation teams to ensure clients' artwork is approved, printed, and posted on time.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 - 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, handling objections, and closing contracts.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills for pitching to business owners and marketing executives.
