We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Auditor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Auditor to examine financial records, assess internal controls, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of financial records and operational processes
• Review accounting systems and internal control procedures
• Identify risks, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
• Verify the accuracy of financial statements and transactions
• Monitor adherence to internal controls and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in implementing audit recommendations

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Proven experience in auditing, accounting, or compliance roles
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
