We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • A Real Estate Sales Manager drives revenue and profitability by leading a team of agents, setting sales quotas, and executing market strategies.
  • They oversee the entire property sales lifecycle—from lead generation to client relationship management and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents.
  • Conduct daily or weekly pipeline reviews and lead team meetings.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like listings, viewings, and conversions. 

Sales Strategy & Market Analysis:

  • Develop and execute business plans to meet or exceed company sales targets.
  • Analyze local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and economic indicators.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to launch targeted lead generation campaigns.

Client Management & Deal Closings:

  • Oversee high-value or complex listing presentations and appraisals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key investors, vendors, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure successful contract negotiations. 

Compliance & Operations:

  • Ensure all sales activities, agency agreements, and contracts comply with local real estate laws and ethical standards.
  • Review and approve commission structures and transaction documents. 

 Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 per month.
