We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Business Development & BID Executive

Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Snior Business Development/BID Executive to join our team.
  • This role is critical in driving growth, building client relationships, and ensuring the long-term success of our engineering and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing with all products and services offered by the company.
  • Securing Projects and Clients: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, and close deals to expand our client base.
  • Understanding Market Needs: Act as the company’s "eyes and ears" in the marketplace by gathering intelligence on industry trends, client challenges, and competitor activities.
  • Provide valuable insights to engineering and R&D teams to keep offerings competitive.
  • Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Ensuring Financial Health: Contribute directly to revenue generation, ensuring the company’s financial sustainability and growth.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationship with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospectives clients.
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
  • Market awareness and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Bid and Tender: Preparation of bid document and attending tender/bid meeting on behave of the company.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities Team while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as required.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate internally with Finance, Operations, Engineering and Service departments to build a cohesive relationship.
