We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and their customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints calmly, professionally, and within defined service standards.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership until resolution.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in CRM or support systems.
  • Follow approved scripts, workflows, and client-specific guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
  • Adhere strictly to quality assurance, compliance, and data protection standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' customer service experience.
  • Previous experience supporting international clients (US/UK) will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented.
  • Clear articulation and confident communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including international time zones where required.
