We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Clinic Operations Supervisor 

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Job Purpose

  • The Clinic Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of staff to ensure smooth coordination and efficient workflow across all operational units within the clinic.
  • The role is responsible for supervising staff performance, enforcing operational procedures, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring excellent patient experience across all departments.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a clinic, healthcare facility, or med spa environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily activities of staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality service delivery, productivity, and professionalism within the facility.
  • Prepare and submit routine operational and performance reports to management.
  • Communicate organizational updates, expectations, and goals from management to staff effectively.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, support, and direction to employees to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and accurate record management are maintained.
  • Supervise front desk and administrative operations to ensure excellent patient/customer service delivery.
  • Ensure all administrative processes and operational procedures are properly implemented and followed.
  • Provide operational support to management through timely updates, reports, and feedback.
  • Supervise financial documentation and reporting activities carried out by the Account Officer/Accountant.
  • Monitor the proper use, maintenance, and accountability of clinic resources, equipment, and operational materials.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and proper handling of clinic supplies.
  • Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards within the clinic environment.
  • Supervise cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and facility upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.
  • Female is preferred for this role.

Working Conditions:

  • Responsibilities and job descriptions may be refined with changing business needs.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
