We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Cross River, Delta, Benin City - Edo, Lagos, Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Consultants to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting solar energy solutions, negotiating deals, and successfully closing sales.
  • This role offers exceptional earning potential for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities and motivated by performance-based rewards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective residential and commercial customers.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, field marketing, and other sales activities.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and gather information required for system design.
  • Present MykroGrid's solar solutions, pricing options, and financing plans to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate and close sales in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure all customer documentation, agreements, and payment requirements are completed accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Number of deals closed.
  • Monthly sales revenue generated.
  • Customer conversion rate.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of sales documentation.

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, direct marketing, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Passion for renewable energy and customer engagement.
  • Experienced sales professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn and succeed in a sales environment are also welcome to apply.

Compensation & Earnings Structure
Monthly Support Allowance:

  • Sales Consultants receive a monthly support allowance ranging from N50,000 – N100,000 to support field activities and business development efforts.

Sales Commission:

  • In addition to the support allowance, consultants earn 5% commission on every successfully closed sale.

Earning Potential:

  • This is a high-reward opportunity with uncapped earning potential. A single closed sale can generate commissions of approximately N500,000 or more, depending on the system value.
  • Top-performing consultants can earn N550,000 – N600,000+ per month, with no limit on commission earnings.
