We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Client Advisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Overview

  • The Senior Client Advisor is Alma's top-performing salesperson and an informal floor leader.
  • You combine exceptional selling ability with a natural coaching instinct, thereby elevating the performance of those around you while consistently exceeding your own targets.
  • You will be the standard-setter on the floor and a trusted point of contact for our most valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service and achieve the highest personal sales targets on the floor
  • Build and maintain a personal client book: proactively following up, nurturing relationships, and driving repeat purchases
  • Coach and Client support through real-time feedback, floor walkthroughs, and product knowledge sharing
  • Assist the Retail Manager in maintaining floor presentation standards and ensuring team adherence to brand protocols
  • Identify styling opportunities and upsell/cross-sell with confidence and taste
  • Handle VIP client interactions, complex customer situations, and escalations with professionalism
  • Model best-in-class selling behaviours at all times
  • Contribute to team briefings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing sales role, ideally in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle retail
  • Consistent track record of exceeding personal sales targets
  • Confident communicator with a natural ability to connect with diverse clients
  • Strong product sense and an eye for personal styling
  • Ability to lead by example and influence team behaviour informally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Desirable:

  • Existing personal client network in Lagos
  • Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment
  • Background in personal styling or fashion consulting.
