We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Key Account Manager – Commercial Vehicles

Location: Amuwo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Country Head, Auto

Job Summary 

  • Manage and grow relationships with key fleet, corporate, and institutional clients to drive sales volume and revenue for the commercial vehicle portfolio (trucks, buses, vans).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key accounts (corporates, government, logistics/transport companies, fleet operators).
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals for commercial vehicle units.
  • Develop account-specific sales strategies and proposals, including pricing, financing, and after-sales packages.
  • Coordinate with finance/leasing partners to structure deals (lease, hire purchase, outright sale).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with after-sales/service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts, pipeline, and sales activities (CRM).
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–6 years' experience in commercial vehicle sales or B2B/fleet sales.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of vehicle financing/leasing structures.
  • Valid driver's license; willingness to travel.
