Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, strategic, and career-driven Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing and supply chain operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products and services, negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely procurement while optimizing costs without compromising quality.
• This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong negotiation skills and experience in hospitality procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that support business objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
• Oversee the procurement of food, beverages, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of goods to support uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the Store and Operations teams to forecast purchasing needs.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval processes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and service standards.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance reports.
• Support audits and continuously improve procurement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Experience in the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, retail, or FMCG sector is preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency with Procurement software is an advantage

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and cost-control abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
