We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site IT Officer

Location: Calabar, Cross River
Industry: Oil and Gas

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and other end-user devices.
• Administer Windows environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft 365.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine system health checks.
• Maintain #IT asset inventory, documentation, and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with ICT policies, standards, and security procedures.
• Install, configure, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot managed switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, and VLANs.
• Perform structured cabling installations, testing, and fiber optic connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability.
• Support LAN expansion, structured cabling, server room deployments, communication racks, UPS systems, and network cabinets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Must have 5-8 years of hands-on ICT infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting CCTV systems.
• Strong background in Windows administration and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and supporting business-critical
