We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cards Data Analyst

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze card portfolio data to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as transaction volumes, spend, and card usage
• Support ad-hoc data requests from business teams.

Dashboard Development & Maintenance:

• Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs
• Automate recurring reports where possible.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track key performance indicators including card issuance, activation, utilization, and revenue
• Highlight variances, anomalies, and areas requiring attention
• Support ongoing monitoring of business performance.

Customer & Transaction Analysis:

• Analyze customer behavior and transaction patterns
• Provide insights to support business decisions and operational improvements.

Data Management Support:

• Work with internal teams to ensure proper data capture and quality
• Assist in structuring and organizing datasets for analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in a Data Analyst role (preferably within banking, fintech, or payments)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and validation.
