Tim Motors is engaged to become the worldwide professional leader in integrated solutions of engineering machinery, logistics vehicle sales, and rentals. Our business scope: sales and renting of heavy trucks, light trucks, coaches, mine vehicles, special vehicles, engineering machinery (such as wheel loader, hoister, excavator, etc.); TBR tyres, spare parts sales; vehicle maintenance service.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager (Spare Parts)

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts department.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Source and procure genuine automotive parts from approved suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory turnover and implement effective stock control measures.
  • Work closely with the sales and aftersales teams to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Develop strategies to increase parts sales and profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate competitive pricing.
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of parts department staff.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, inventory records, and reporting.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to parts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing an automotive parts department or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an automobile dealership or automotive distribution company.
  • Knowledge of both passenger and commercial vehicle spare parts.
  • Professional certifications in supply chain, inventory management, or logistics will be an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 / month.
