  • Professional Certification: Registration with a relevant national teaching council or regulatory body (such as TRCN) is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of classroom and laboratory teaching experience at the secondary school level, with a documented history of strong student performance in external exams.

  • Safety Conscious: Strict adherence to laboratory safety standards, with the ability to manage risks and respond appropriately to emergencies.
  • Analytical & Critical Thinking: Skill in guiding students through complex mathematical calculations in chemistry and scientific problem-solving.
  • Instructional Clarity: The ability to break down abstract molecular concepts into relatable, easy-to-understand demonstrations.
  • Organization: Strong management skills to balance classroom instruction, lab preparation, and grading.
