Job Title: Brand & BTL Marketing Specialist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and creative Brand & BTL Marketing Specialist to drive the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in below-the-line (BTL) marketing, brand management, promotions, activations, and campaign execution, with working knowledge of above-the-line (ATL) marketing and event management.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Management:

  • Support the development and execution of the company's brand strategy.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend initiatives to improve brand awareness and perception.
  • Manage brand assets and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Below-the-Line (BTL) Marketing:

  • Plan and execute BTL campaigns, consumer promotions, product activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate in-store and field marketing activities to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Develop promotional materials and oversee production and deployment.
  • Work closely with sales teams to implement trade and channel marketing initiatives.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Support ATL campaigns including radio, print, outdoor, and other traditional media where required.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign evaluation reports.

Events Management:

  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, and sponsorship activities.
  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, and timelines.

Agency and Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, production vendors, media partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign assets.
  • Negotiate costs and monitor vendor performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track campaign performance against defined KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Prepare regular reports and recommend improvements based on campaign results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, BTL marketing, trade marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns, activations, and events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with design tools and marketing analytics platforms is an added advantage.
