Almond Technologies Limited is a Renewable Energy & power Solution Company that specializes in the provision of environmental-friendly (green energy) supported & back up by the national grid and Generator to guaranteed uninterrupted power supply service to our valued customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and expand our customer base for renewable energy solutions.
  • The ideal candidate must have a strong sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
  • Promote and sell the company’s renewable energy products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and ensure excellent after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Experience in the renewable energy, solar, electrical, engineering, or related industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and business development experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to close high-value sales.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong networking and prospecting abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Other Requirements:

  • Must be highly target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
  • A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.

Remuneration
N350,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives and commissions.
